I'm just excited because I thought Hyperion was 100% dead on OS4 development work. This is a surprise, and one I'm happy about.

I'm slightly terrified trying to upgrade will break my a5k, but...fortune favors the bold!

They responded to me a while ago with some troubleshooting advice but no real bug fixes or anything. Hey, stuff works now, guess I ended up coming out on top.

I have a GPU that needs A-EON's enhancer packs, so reinstalling the OS means
I need to use a custom install method. This is fine, however, if the 4.1FE U2 update breaks any A-EON stuff, I may be screwed.

I ended up watching TV and drinking whiskey today so the 4.1FE U2 update job
is tomorrow.

No issues! Well, no major issues. AmiDVD doesn't work I think, and my A-EON clock was replaced with the "stock" OS4.1 clock (which I replaced, again,
with the A-EON one).

Beyond that everything seems totally fine.

No issues! Well, no major issues. AmiDVD doesn't work I think, and my
A-EON clock was replaced with the "stock" OS4.1 clock (which I replaced, again, with the A-EON one).

Beyond that everything seems totally fine.

Glad to hear it! I was hoping the OS update would have had a bit more of a domino effect on some third party updates, but maybe they are still on the way.
