First, I know I'm going to get some shit for this from the Synchronet community, but I felt the need to give Mystic a try and see if it does everything I want it to. So far, I'm liking it, but I have a concern.

For the configuration of SMTP Password, I want to be able to use an API key password, which is a requirement for SendGrid, to ensure outbound messages are encoded with DKIM. Right now, the SMTP Password field is too small. Is there any way to "load" the password outside of the configuration tool or do I have to wait until the next update?

I like to understand various software packages. This is why I am well versed in AIX, HP-UX, IBM i, RHEL, SuSE, etc., etc. When I see something that doesn't work as I'd like it to, I make note of it. A good number of fixes made to AIX and RHEL were because of me bitching over the years. When it comes to storage, many fixes made to NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP (now just CDOT) were because of my bitching or discovery of bugs.

Someone mentioned this to me some time ago but I when I went to change it I couldn't get an answer to the length that the field needed to be increased to.

Let me know how large the field needs to be and I'll get it increased for you!

Although I appreciate all the kudos, it's not me. I've gone by Dream Master since the late 80s while living in Anaheim, California (yes, I lived near Disneyland). The other Dream Master, the one you are referring to, and I came to a concensus some years ago and neither of us are changing, nor should we.

Funny, the other Dream Master is from that area too. I think he lives around Hollywood these days. He has/had a podcast about Disneyland where he'd obsessively go there all the time. :)

I'd go for 127 characters. My current password is 69 characters but I don't trust any provider to be consistent.
