    Hi there,

    Do you use HTick to import the tic files into Mystic?

    If so, have you found a way to get Mystic to see new files as being updated? For example, when the latest filegate.zxx came in, it was updated by HTick in the actual directory, but Mystic still sees the file as being from a previous date, and doesn't show as a new file.

    After files are received, I do run mutil with the file import function, so
    any 'new' files are picked up by Mystic. It only when the file comes through that already exists within Mystic, that it doesn't update the date in its database to reflect the current file date...

    Yes. In short, what you want to do is import the files.bbs file that is
    created by htick after in processes a tic, not import new files. You can do this via mutil, it has a feature to import files.bbs.

    If it finds that the info in the files.bbs file is different than what Mystic has, it will update or import the data.
