Someone recently told me about a Mystic feature for creating new users programmatically.

They said to create a new user like this:
mystic -newuser user=johndoe username=myhandle pass=mypassword

Does anyone know where the documentation for that is? I'm assuming it's in one of the whatsnew.txt files, and I tried several queries with the search bar on Mystic wiki but I can't find this.

Or if anyone knows how, please tell me how to correct the syntax.
