Oh my gosh! Hadn't heard it...until you posted it. Loved him in The Seventh Seal where he played chess with the Grim Reaper. Made the perfect Head of Spectre in Never Say Never Again.

and accent.

I do as well. Was in a college screen writing class in the mid-80's. While everyone was doing Magnum PI...I did a treatment of a TZ episode where a government team was sent back to the 30's to kill Hitler. They did so & had a surprise waiting on them when they returned which they didn't expect.

Von Sydow was also good in Needful Things.
