I have - its neat, but theres not TONS of functionality unless your working with actual disk drives and hardware. It is, however, neat.

Nothing, IMO, beats JiffyDOS - but I like these projects. If he keeps going with it, it could get better ... I do keep a copy on my SDCARD - worth checking out.

There weren't any commands that I can't live without - but if you use disk drives, some of the copy stuff could be useful daily.

Are you on a PAL C64? I see a lot of PAL people say this ^, but on my NTSC
one, it doesn't work very well. Software often fails to load if I have
JifiDOS kernal loaded via the UltimateII cart. So I always end up turning
that off and opting to have the Epyx Fastload cart loaded.

I'm on NTSC - but I use the JiffyDOS ROM chips installed in my motherboard. For me it has worked perfectly every time... I do have a switch installed so I can flip it off if needed, but I never do.

I don't drive the system daily, but I did print out a cheatsheet of J-DOS commands, and its much easier navigating even if I have to brush up when I pull the C= out for a spin...
