What's interesting, since it some cases the Mystic Hubs seem to be ignoring some SEEN-BY lines (not sure of the exact scenario) -

I see three replies to it. When I sent the message to hub 4 it would have sent it to you, put your node in the seen-bys and sent it to the other
hubs to send to their linked nodes.
Those other hubs should have seen your node in the seen-bys and not sent
it to you. We should pass this info to g00r00 at some point.
Get your echomail from Hub 3/100. We don't do cut-offs and re-wraps.
