I have not been able to communicate with RJ Clay for a now more-than-reasonable amount of time via various contact info that was
submitted my way, nor replies to my now more-than-reasonable amount of
emails. So unfortunately, RC-11 will now remain "vacant" for the time being. Netmails host-routed for Region 11 will stop here on Hold status. As RJ was also interim NC for Nets 120, 220 and 2320, those spots are also vacant now.

Sections 1.2.4 and 6.1 of Policy 4 states that I am to appoint a replacement. However if there are any nodes here reading this from Region 11, please give
me your feedback as to whom you would like to see as RC-11.

Jay also connects here... I will look tonight to see which other R11 nodes connect here, there may still be a number of them still since I was (a long time ago <g>) RC11.

I'll send you and Nick the email I have for Jay in case it's different from the
