SlyEdit's main settings are currently in its own configuration
file, SlyEdit.cfg. Do you think it would make more sense for
those settings to be in modopts.ini? The theme configs,
taglines, etc. would still be their own separate files.

Also just a head's up that module options are now also supported in ctrl/modopts/<modname>> .ini, which may be preferred for modules with a lot of options.

Good to know! And is that modopts.d? I see a modopts.d in ctrl with a couple of .ini files in it, but not a modopts..
