    Looks to me like the problem is with the thing that generated/sent this NICK command, *not* the server that's parsing and logging it (e.g. Server_Work() in load/ircd/server.js). But I think Cyan should be the one to dig into this deeper, not me.

    This is expected behaviour as we transition from the old NICKIP interserver capability to NICKIPSTR (frugalbb.synchro.net in the example above is running ircd 1.3)
