• bbs.get_archive_formats() returns a partial array instead of failing o

`js_get_archive_formats()` in `src/sbbs3/js_bbs.cpp` (the `bbs.get_archive_formats()` method added in e4dd926ae9 (wine-3-flyer, 2026-09-28)) `break`s out of its loop when `JS_NewStringCopyZ()` or `JS_SetElement()` fails, then returns `JS_TRUE` with a partially filled array while an out-of-memory exception is pending.

**Fix:** after `strListFree()`, return `JS_FALSE` on those failures so the error propagates to the script instead of a silently truncated list.

This is only reachable under out-of-memory conditions.
