• Displayed uptimes jump forward/backward with daylight saving time

From Rob Swindell@1:103/705 to GitLab issue in main/sbbs on Sun Mar 8 03:08:31 2026
    open https://gitlab.synchro.net/main/sbbs/-/issues/1093

The Synchronet server uptimes displayed/reported are based on the system wallclock and thus are susceptible to changes to the wallclock (e.g. forward/backwards jumps for DST).

I thought more about this issue and the return value of `time()` should normally jump forward or backward on DST since it's based on UTC/GMT (where there is no DST). This issue was observed in SBBSCTRL:Win32, so it's possible it was just Borland C++Builder issue and the other changes weren't actually necessary.

Yup, as I often do. time() should normally *not* jump forward or backward on DST.
