I've been concerned about that too. We haven't had the smoke in NY this year (not in my area anyway) but we did last year (or was it the year before?) and my concern is that they're poisoning us with something, because "wildfire smoke" has NEVER been a thing in NY (I'm sure it's brand new for you also.)
