Public posts on social medial?? Violation of the 1st and 4th amendments??

Say what you want to say... No one cares... Insight violence, illegal or not... GO TO JAIL.

BTW, public posts ... U don't need a warrant... Hello!!! They are public so... the 4th Amendment is moot.

I really need to just stop reading your posts/responses, they are so narrow and so close minded I feel dumber reading them.

So why do you keep responding? We wouldn't want you 'dumber' than you
    already are.

    Have a great day!

The U.S. will be investigating the social media posts of foreign students.
If you're anti-Trump, you can forget about studying in the U.S. Support for the Palestinian cause could also cost you dearly.

Total voilation of the 1st and 4th ammendments!

Won't be long before this starts applying to all citizens as well.

If these students are not yet in the country, it is not a violation. I can
see wanting to use social media to vet who you let in. Once you've let
them in, that changes things some but they should keep some eye on it.

It really sickens me every time someone goes nuts and kills people, and
they only afterwards unearth all of their threatening social media posts. :( IMHO, once it is posted publicly on social media, it should be the same as announcing it publicly in a large crowd on the street.
