  • Trump Charges

    Looks like Jack Smith is dropping all charges against Trump. Both the Documents case and the J6 case.

    They were dismissed "without prejudice" as Trump will soon be a sitting President. "Without prejudice" means that the charges can be revived after Trump's term ends, so long as the statute of limitations has not expired.
