    I spoke too soon before opening the envelope..

    Correction: They didn't send me a ballot this time, but it's just an application for a mail-in ballot.

    But I did the right thing: always assume the worst when it comes to the left's desperation to win.

    I should still complain anyway though.. sending applications for mail-in ballots to everyone in the state? That's a big waste of postage. And they sent them in big 8.5 x 11 envelopes, and they sent them too late for anyone to actually utilize them. By the time the application gets mailed-in, and the ballot gets sent out, the election will be over.
