Yellowstone is in the queue, and so is Better..Sal. If the Walking Dead is the one about zombies.. I'll pass. BUT.. if you like that premise, check out the film "28 Days Later" from 2002. I didn't particularly
care for a zombie-like film, but this one deals with the problem as an animal-human gene experiment that went wrong, escaped the lab, and
started infecting humans. I thought it was interesting how they pulled
off the deserted streets and bridges in London.

I don't like Zombie movies either, nor does my wife -- we both love The
Walking Dead. It's more about the people and how they survive while also trying to sustain some semblance of law and order; the zombies are just what cause the situation and constant stress they live within. More of a back
    drop.

The latter part is TMI! LOL

Ha! My wife just rolls her eyes knowing I'd never do that. But it's fun to say .. having the feeling of not being surrounded, without the expense of a
lot of land, is what I like within a back yard. And, the trees help filter some of the road and siren noise that seems non-stop 2-3 blocks away.

Back to films.. I would recommend the series: The Americans. It's a spy thriller set in the Reagan era. There is nothing taken lightly in this series. Adult situations and killings are depicted quite graphically. It's long running with about 6 seasons. I learned about it last year. I have yet to watch season 3.

I saw that show listed, haven't tried it yet. I'll have to do so. Have you seen Dexter? Thats another my wife and I really enjoyed.

Ah.. A kind of psychological approach then. But then it depends on the pace of the series. I don't like a series that drags out the mystery for too long.
For example, I could not get into LOST despite all the hype built up around it.
Later, I learned that the ending let the fans down anyway.

No street noise around here. Just birds, crickets, frogs.

I can relate to the char in Ozark who lives in the basement at his house and has the habit of going skinny dipping in the lake. It's at *his* property after all.

It's a very smart/intellectual series. The poker-faces of the actors as they deal with concealing their secrets are fun to watch. The scenes of unspoken communications are well played as well.

I just recently reviewed a couple of episodes where I left off. It is near the end of season 2 where they deal with the "secrets" of arpanet, stealth technology for the SR-xx bomber, and ECHO.

The ECHO scenes reminded me of echomail. I'd like to create a little mashup of
those scenes and have a little spoof on how the "secret" of echomail was revealed to the world. LOL

Have you seen Dexter? Thats another my wife and I
    really enjoyed.

I heard a lot about it when it first came out. The premise intrigued me. But I did not have access to DSL/internet as I do now. My movie + tv series backlist is getting longer than I have time to spare for!

Nope, nothing like Lost. It's full of twists and turns. I always say ..
give it a few episodes and you'll know if ya like it or not. I thought I'd hate it as I'm not a zombie movie guy .. but this show hooked us in.

Dexter was one wild show. Probably on my top 10.

It is a smart production. The lead char (the burned agent)..

I remember the show now... I did enjoy it. I think there was
a hot lady in every episode too?

The character that plays the lead's ex-girlfriend is a good looker. She has no problem finding an excuse to use a gun to wipe somebody out. Very funny. Almost psychopathic. And yes, there are a lot of filler scenes of the bathing suit clad on the Miami beaches.

    My current favorite shows
    are:

    1. Yellowstone 2. Ozark 3. Better call Sal (got the name
right this time) 4. The Walking Dead 5. Can't remember the
rest at the moment but those are the top 4 to come to mind.

It ranks #2 on this list:

On that list, Cargo (2017) sounds interesting too.

simple sketch together prior to building something. I love
making back yards a retreat and until mines there....
(meaning I can mow in my boxers without my neighbors seeing
    me,)

The latter part is TMI! LOL

I can get away with optional clothing around my place too. But it is much easier at night when I could enjoy a dip in the lake or a rain shower.
