It was all grain alcohol with some grape juice, served
    from like a wash tub.

we called that "Hunch Punch" or "Cowboy Koolaid" but HP was the more commonly
    used name.

There were several names that mixture had. I never cared for the name myself.

we served it from all manner of vessels, too... bathtubs, kiddie
pools, kitchen sinks, ice chests, etc... anything that could hold large
    amounts of fluids...

    Yep.

we also added various sliced fruits to it

    I remember that now.
I was bit a hazy on the details yesterday. I was even more hazy on the details back when... :)

i won't even mention the other alcohols that were also added in addition to
    the grain alcohol

I think it was pretty much whatever one had on hand.
Amd people would bring their own bottle to add to it.
Heaven only knows how we weren't all alcohol poisoned at the time. :)

no, i have no experiance with any of this

Thank you for your vast scholastic research in this field and all the
time you spent looking this up. :)
