True, and as much as I dislike tattoos, having them on the arm isn't nearly as bad as face and neck tattoos. Maybe it's because 90% of the mugshots I see on TV are of guys with face and neck tattoos.
As much as people laugh and are embarrassed when an old photo is shown of them at least the hair style, clothes, etc, are changeable. Tat's aren't, unless you a want a long painful removal.
