Politically Correct 12 Days of Christmas

On the 12th day of the Euro centrically imposed midwinter festival, my Significant Other in a consenting adult relationship gave to me: TWELVE males reclaiming their inner warrior through ritual drumming

ELEVEN pipers piping (plus the 18 member pit orchestra made up of members
in good standing of the Musicians Equity Union as called for in their union contract, even though they will not be asked to play a note)

TEN melanin deprived testosterone poisoned scions of the patriarchal ruling class system leaping

NINE persons engaged in rhythmic self expression

EIGHT economically disadvantaged female persons stealing milk products from enslaved Bovine Americans

SEVEN endangered swans swimming on federally protected wetlands

SIX enslaved Fowl Americans producing pre-packaged non human animal
    products

FIVE golden symbols of culturally sanctioned enforced domestic
    incarceration,

    American enslavement, the rema

FOUR hours of recorded whale songs

    THREE deconstructionist poets

TWO Sierra Club calendars printed on recycled processed tree carcasses

    and...

ONE Spotted Owl activist chained to an old growth pear tree.

I got conbfused as thgese aren't necessarily in the traditional order/numbering.

Politically Correct 12 Days of Christmas
NINE persons engaged in rhythmic self expression

This seems a dangerous line to post!
EIGHT economically disadvantaged female persons stealing milk products from enslaved Bovine Americans

    for shame!

birds; I heard the original recipient of these gifts was quite miffed at all the bird crap in his flat!

& let us recall that Mr. Audobon had killed every bird you sasw in his original book that spawned a bird-lovers' movement. (they were hard to draw or photograph when moving, twitchinmg, prone to fly off at any moment)

FOUR hours of recorded whale songs

Easy: record 5 minutes, put it on loop for 4 hours -- who's going to know tyhe difference, except a whale? whales are historically mnot known for buying music CDs, so we can discount their opinions.

    THREE deconstructionist poets
TWO Sierra Club calendars printed on recycled processed tree carcasses
    and...
ONE Spotted Owl activist chained to an old growth pear tree.

Is he the one who randomly nailed those 9-inch spikes into the trunk?

Did you write this one, above? Clever.

I knew a guy many years ago in another town I was living in, who was
really into these whale songs and would play them all the time. Had a reel-to-reel tape of them that went on for hours...
After about four minutes I had heard enough. :)

4 or 5, yup, that's about the end of the complete set.

It's like being at a Kindergarten Xmas play,. and EVERY kid has to read the same verse/line in a row.

Like watching Little League that has a rule that every kod gets to bat every game & seeing that little grump who HATES baseball coming up to bat again. . .

That was me. My best move was crowding the plate, but legally, & getting hit for a walk, & hoping the next kid will hit a home run, so I can take my time trotting home. I was much better on offense than defense, though!
