    Title: Mini Cheese Balls
    Categories: Five, Cheese
    Yield: 36 servings

    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
    - cheese

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
    Toasted sesame seeds
    Minced fresh rosemary
    Paprika

    MMMMM-------------------------GARNISHES------------------------------
    Halved rye crisps
    Rolled tortilla chips

    In a large bowl, combine cheeses. Shape into 36 balls;
    roll balls in toppings as desired. Cover and refrigerate
    for 8 hours or overnight. If desired, press a rye crisp
    or rolled tortilla chip into the top of each cheese ball
    just before serving.

    Title: 2-Ingredient Biscuits
    Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy
    Yield: 8 servings

    2 c Self-rising flour
    1 c Heavy whipping cream

    In a large bowl, combine the flour and cream. Turn out
    onto a lightly floured surface; knead for 5 minutes or
    until no longer sticky. Roll dough to 1/2" thickness.
    Cut into 2 1/2" biscuits.

    Place in a large ungreased cast-iron or other ovenproof
    skillet. Bake # 450ºF/232ºC until golden brown, 8-10
    minutes.
