    I think Stas explained how to do it, but I think he was referring to the full app installed on the phone.

    I have no idea what a web app is and how it works. :(

    No worries. I am/was using web.telegram.org on my phone.
    Apparently it can be utilized on the desktop or table with a
    browser. The web version seems to be is very stripped down: no
    pic+text in the same post, and you can't change all the user
    Settings like Name.
