  • TgM: what causes FORBIDDEN?

    I know that I asked the subj question before (please forgive me), but I am just wondering why would the "*FORBIDDEN!
    *This bot can not be used in this group." ..reoccur when it was "fixed" the 1st time?

    In some rare cases, the chat ID may change. When creating a group, the starting chat ID appears first, then a permanent one is issued. Sometimes this happens very slowly.
