    It serves no function, except waisting bytes.

    An Echomail has no specific destination, unlike a netmail. So the information in the @INTL kludge isn't needed for anything. It's a sign of maybe a bug in the software that created it...

    Not necessarily a bad thing, but it is totally useless in echomail and may confuse some tosser to think the message is netmail.
