Ok, testing again! I had -700 instead of -0700 in the environment variable...
What do I need to do to include all headers from someone's message in a reply using Deuce's FSEditor?

Ok, testing again! I had -700 instead of -0700 in the environment variable...
remember to restart when changing environment variables... they do not take ct across all the open terminals on a system until after a restart/reboot...
