    Hello Everybody,

It really works! I can induce my own hallucinations!
Without the need for drugs of any kind! All thanks to
The Scam Team who showed me how!

Of course, each hallucination is different for everyone,
as nobody has the same hallucination. What I hallucinate
is only real for me, and whatever you think is real only
    applies to you.

Lock yourself inside a soundproof room and turn out the
lights. Remain there for one hour, and hope not to go mad.
    What did you experience?

Find a friend. Or an enemy of your choosing. And convince
that person to stare into your eyes as you stare into his
or her eyes. Do this for ten minutes, without blinking.
What did you experience? What did your partner experience?

Now. Try staring into the eyes of Donald Trump as he is
speaking. And make sure he is looking straight at you ...

    Hello Kurt,

Lock yourself inside a soundproof room and turn out the
lights. Remain there for one hour, and hope not to go mad.
    What did you experience?

My wife's father designed acoustic listening rooms for home stereo
    use; it's an interesting idea.

Imagine the nightmare for those who are claustrophobic. Locked up
inside a soundproof room with no visible light anywhere around ...

I read recently about a room that was so acoustically silent that it
was uncomfortable to sit in the room for too long without any noise.

Except for the sound of your own heartbeat. Louder and louder it
gets, the harder and harder it pumps, just sitting there all by your
lonesome waiting for something to explode ...

Luckily, I've got tinnitus, which means I never have to worry about a
    room being too quiet. :|

How loud can tinnitus get when in competition with a heart that beats
    louder and louder ...

Remember sensory deprivation tanks? Lay in a soundproof dark tank
with body-temperature, zero buoyancy salt water. I wish I'd tried
one, but they seem to have gone the way of pocket calculators and ESP research.

Too much trouble to set up. And also way too expensive. All one
really needs is a blindfold (sight), a pair of ear plugs (hearing),
and a touch of COVID-19 (taste & smell).
