shrink said he is in complete remission from his illness and is
no longer a threat to others and/or himself.

Nobody knows what he looks like, he has hypertension, and walks
with a limp. He is not allowed to use the internet, but loves
to play music, and does perform in public (anonymously). His
shrink says he is harmless now that he is in complete remission
from his illness, and is "happy as a clam."

Unless, of course, Jodie Foster returns his phone calls.
