Sausage Pizza

500 g Bulk pork sausage meat
28 oz Tomato sauce
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Prepared mustard
1 1/2 ts Onion powder
2 ts Oregano
Garlic -- to taste
Pepper -- to taste

Fry the sausage. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer gently 10 minutes. Pour over pizza base. Top with cheese and
any extra toppings. Bake in a very hot oven.

Freezes well.

Yield: 2 Pizzas
