I keep seeing all these air fryer recipes that say to use certain temps, but my air fryer (Brand new) does not have various temp settings, it's just "Air Fry" What should I about these verying temp recipies?

There are probably others here with more/better suggestions than what I have. First thing you need to try to find out regarding your model is what approximate temperature is the "Air Fry" setting? That would help you figure out if you need to adjust the frying time up (or down), or whether or not the recipe is appropriate for your model at all.

Once you know that, it may take some trial and error. I had a recipe that called for the fryer to be pre-heated to 450F, but mine only goes to 400F. I multiplied the minutes by 1.125 (the result of dividing 450 by 400). I found the result to be a little overdone. The next time I didn't increase the cook time at all and got a good result.
