MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

Title: Alfredo's Noodles
Categories: Pasta, Italian
Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Fettuccine
1 1/2 c Mushrooms; sliced
1/2 c Butter
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Light cream
1/4 c Mozzarella; grated
1/4 c Romano; fresh grated

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper,
oregano, and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add cream and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain
fettuccine and place in a warm bowl. Add hot sauce and both cheeses
and toss gently.
