    Title: Shaker Cold Rhubarb Tea
    Categories: Beverages, Tea
    Yield: 4 Drinks

    4 c Water
    4 c Rhubarb stalks with
    - red skin;
    - unpeeled and diced
    3/4 c Sugar
    1 Orange or lemon;
    - juice and zest of

    Simmer rhubarb in water until very tender, about 20 minutes. Strain.
    Add juice, zest (rind), and sugar. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
    Chill well. Strain zest our before serving. Serve over ice in tall,
    clear glasses.
