I did not realize that Card wrote 6 prequels (2 trilogies) to Ender's Game several years later. It's like he's creating something similar to the "trilogies" in the Star Wars saga.
I'm back to re-reading the Foundation series. It's been years,

Sometimes the author is very particular in having control in the story-line for a film version.
One recent story I compared between book and film was Diamonds are Forever. The film is a very radical departure from the original
story. I guess some film directors/screenwriters believe they can improve the original.
