A2000 again and played some games on it. Great :)

More or less alive :) I got Amiga last year after 25 years without
Amiga and started programming again and I dont spend too much
time with my family anymore :)

I'd personally would trade 3/4th's of my family for a reall fully-loaded
    A4000! Hmm..maybe I'll ask Santa??

:) I think that Santa doesn't have familiy so... ;)

Are you kidding? Don't tell Mrs. Claus. I mean, where do you think all
of the elves in the workshops come from????

    LOL!!

If he had an Amiga, almost better than having a family! :)

I feel ya on the prices these days. For what I use, WinUAE does the job. If I spent the money for what I am emulated, I can buy a new car with the
    same amount.

DL: Got the Amiga/C64 Forever packages. Love them as well...but if I had a
    DL: chance
DL: to buy original hardware for a decent price that I could afford...I would DL: jump at it in a heartbeat.

DL: As soon as I get the BBS running on OS/2-ArcaOS...am looking at setting up DL: VICE on the box & running C64 games. With 12 GB of DDR3 memory on that
DL: box...shouldn't have any problems at all.

Decent price is the issue. I have found good deals on C64 and C128 haerdware and jumped on them. Currently running a C-Net DS-2 on a real C64. I
have a C128 coming soon that will house a C-Net128 BBS on real hardware. I am emulating the Amiga for my Amiga BBS and also emulating a C64 with Vice and running a second C-Net DS-2 BBS on Vice.
I challenge everyone to call the Real Hardware then the Emulated Hardware and see if you can tell the difference.

I have two desk top systems one of them is running the Amiga, Laptop and both of my servers are being hosted in St.Louis, MO. One is a really old machine and
the other is a Icore 7 with 8 Cores, 64 GB of memory, two 4 TB harddrives and 1
GB internet connection. That counts me in.

Very true! Have found I've become my grandfather where I would come home from work...sit down in a comfortable chair & snooze off for a couple of hours. Then...I would be ready for everything else. Have been told I can get the
rest I need when I pass on...but will still be too busy haunting people. ;)

I'm sure something can be arranged. However you need to source your own power supply since the ones I have is for 220V with european sockets.

Any older system like that you would want to up-date the power supply.
I have on all my othe Commodore systems. If you get time, and you don't mind.
    Can you look into this?
