    Hi,

is there a point software for AmigaOS available somewhere?
And if yes, is it possible to use it with binkp polling?

I would like to try it on my A1200 :)

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Anna

From back in the day I remember April and Spot. I don't think they were meant to be used with binkd, they used trapdoor to make modem connections as far as I remember. So I don't know if you can make them work with binkd. You can probably find them on aminet.net.

    Bye, Wilfred.

MailManager was my 'go to' piece of Point software back in the day of using it on a real A1200. It's on Aminet and also look out for a Y2k patch which you will need.

It does all the tossing for you... so if you get binkp working you are good to go. I was using it with TrapDoor iirc.

I remember using "Foozle" back in the days. It seems to be available on AmiNet.

No idea how well it would work with BinkP. :-)

I was also using SPOT and trapdoor in my final days. Used April before. However, no idea if SPOT and binkd go together. Far too long ago ...
